A warm, professional family is seeking two experienced and highly skilled nannies to provide loving, patient, and consistent care for two children with special needs. The ideal candidates will be nurturing, adaptable, and dedicated to supporting each child’s individual development and unique abilities.
We are looking for caregivers who are confident working with children with level 3 nonverbal autism, can follow therapy recommendations, and are able to partner closely with parents to create a positive, supportive environment. The children have tremendous support and a home environment to help them thrive. They use AAC devices and pictures for communication.
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to the needs of each child.

Follow therapeutic plans and reinforce developmental goals in daily activities.

Plan and facilitate engaging, ability-appropriate learning experiences.

Drive children to activities, therapy sessions, and appointments as needed.

Assist with children’s laundry, meal preparation, and organization of their spaces.

Support consistent routines to provide stability and structure.

Maintain a safe, encouraging environment where both children can thrive.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3–5 years of professional childcare experience. Experience with autism is a plus but not required if the applicant is teachable.

Infant/Child/Adult CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start).

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Strong organizational skills, dependability, and adaptability.
