In-Room Nanny & Babysitting Services
After a day on the beach, when the sun goes down and the Hilton Head Island vacation has just begun, are the children up to the challenge? Leave the fun to us! Hilton Head Nannies provides in-room services at all Island hotels and resorts.
This valuable service gives you the flexibility to create your own hours on vacation. Our professional caregivers provide one-on-one childcare in the comfort of your hotel room, resort, rental, or vacation villa. Whether you are off to a meeting, out to dinner, playing golf, or getting massage, you can enjoy peace of mind when leaving your child with our caregivers.
Why Hilton Head Nannies?
We have one of the most intense vetting processes in the industry.
We often hear from applicants that our vetting process is quite intense, and we take great pride in that. As an agency, we are purposefully selective in what caregivers we will represent to our clients. On average, we admit less than 1% of applicants into our Registry. This means that for every thousand applicants, we approve of approximately 10. It usually takes 30-45 days for a caregiver to go through our process.
All applicants:

Provide 9 references (We receive written records from each reference, and we speak personally to each one before admitting someone into our Registry).

Take a written skills assessment & must have a high score.

Go through a multi-level interview process with our lead-recruiter and a final interview with HH Nannie's President.

Pass a thorough background check via a private firm that HH Nannies has contracted with since 2007.

Are Infant/Child/Adult CPR Certified and First Aid Certified
Individual Family In-Room Rates
$35 per hour, 1-2 children (Siblings Only)
$40 per hour , 3-4 children (Siblings Only)
$45 per hour, 5-6 children (Siblings Only)
$28.00 Booking Fee Per Appointment
4.5% Check-Out Fee (Agency Portion Only)
4 hour minimum per appointment (This is strictly enforced)
*No Membership Fees * No Mileage Fees *Nannies bring their own meals
A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking
Multiple Family Rates
We offer a discount for families who combine their children and are using one nanny.
Please note: Our child-to-caregiver ratios can be found here.
For each additional family, there is fee of +$10 per hour.
No additional booking fees are charged
Standard Holiday Rates
(Valentine's Day Weekend, St. Patrick's Day Weekend, Mother's Day, Memorial Day Week, Father's Day, 4th of July Week, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween)

Holiday Booking Fee $35
20% Gratuity Added to Total on the Following Holidays:

Premium Holiday Rates
(Heritage Week/Easter Week, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, New Years Day)

Holiday Booking Fee $35

Special Holiday Dates & Rates
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve
$75 per hour (Single Family Per Nanny)
+$20 per hour each additional family, when combining and using one nanny

Additional Fees
Gate Fees: Client will be billed for any gate entry fees charged by resorts or communities.
Parking: Client will be billed for any parking fees.
Valet Parking: If self-parking is not available, the sitter will valet park and the fee will be charged to the client, including gratuities
Sick Children: Three times the hourly rate, but must be approved in advance (Please see sick child policies)
Early Start: +$5/hour when booking an appointment that begins between the hours of 12 am to 7 am
Late End: +$5/hour when booking an appointment that ends after midnight.
Last Minute: +$25 when booking an appointment with 4 hours' notice or less.
After Hours Convenience Fee: +$50 when booking an appointment that requires staff working after hours to set up your appointment
Time Adjustment/Rescheduling: +$25 when tweaking either the start time or end time within 72hours of the reservation.
(No charge with more than 72 hours' notice)
Rescheduling Fee: +$25 when rescheduling an appointment within 7 days of the original appointment
(No charge with more than 7 days notice)

Hero Discounts
Hilton Head Nannies proudly offers a Hero Discount to all Military, Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, EMS Personnel and Teachers. Please note that due to booking and contractual policies, we are unable to honor the discount after the booking has been processed. Please be sure to let us know at the time of your booking so that we may honor your service. Employee ID must be presented at the appointment.
Availability
Our caregivers are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We recommend that you make your reservations in advance of your trip in order to ensure availability. We will always strive to fill last minute appointment requests when possible.
