From intimate family gatherings and weddings with as few as eight children to large-scale corporate conventions and military retreats accommodating up to 320 children, we have coordinated a wide range of successful events.

We understand that every event is unique, and so are the needs of each child. Our offerings include:
 

  • Customized Activity Plans: Activity plans are thoughtfully coordinated based on the ages and interests of the children attending your event. From arts and crafts to interactive games and storytelling, a variety of engaging options are incorporated to keep children involved throughout the event.
     

  • Safety and Security: The safety of children is a top priority. All registered nannies are thoroughly vetted and maintain current First Aid and infant, child, and adult CPR certification. They bring experience, training, and a strong understanding of age-appropriate safety practices and emergency preparedness.
     

  • Professional Supervision: Referred nannies provide attentive supervision throughout the event, supporting a positive and engaging environment for children. Required child-to-nanny ratios are maintained to promote appropriate care and attention.
     

Seamless Coordination


Our administrative team works closely with event planners, venues, and parents to coordinate the details of your event. A referred lead nanny then works with the nanny team onsite to ensure a smooth and well-organized experience for the children throughout the event.
 

Our goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible, allowing you to fully enjoy your event.



Premium Packages

We offer a range of premium add-ons to make your event even more memorable. Customize your experience with themed events, decor, and day camps, or delight guests with balloon archways, indoor and outdoor bounce houses (venue permitting), and character visits with photo opportunities. We also provide balloon artists, professional face painting, and essential items like pack 'n plays, sleeping mats for late events, and booster seats/highchairs. Whatever your needs, our premium packages are designed to elevate your event and create lasting memories for everyone involved.

When Should We Book?

Our event services are highly sought after and often book 6-12 months in advance. To ensure we can accommodate your dates, we recommend booking as early as possible. It's best to reserve for the higher estimate of how many children will attend, as this helps us provide the right number of nannies to make your event run smoothly.

While we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to secure your dates, we do welcome later requests and are always delighted to assist if possible. However, we cannot guarantee availability as our calendar may be fully booked. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to reserve early.

 

Event Costs 

$50/hour, Per Nanny
$50 Booking Fee Per Nanny 
$25 Pass-Through Payroll Fee Per Nanny
$15 Event Fee Per Child for Groups of 11+ Children (Covers Basic Supplies)
4.5% Check-Out/Credit Card Fee (Paying via ACH can bring this fee to 1%)

4-hour minimum per appointment (This is strictly enforced)

If booking within 90-day window of event, add 20%

Deposit of 50%: Due Upon Booking 

Balance Due: 90 Days Before Event

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are Nonrefundable.

90 Days or More Notice: No Further Fees Are Due

45-89 Days' Notice: 50% Refund

30-44 Days' Notice: 25% Refund

Less than 30 Days: No Refunds
