Hilton Head Nannies

Why Join Hilton Head Nannies?

When choosing an agency to sign with, it's important to be selective. Consider the following questions to ensure you make the right decision:

  • How long has the agency been in business?

  • How long has it been owned by the current owner?

  • What is the company culture and reputation?

  • Does the agency have a strong team spirit?

  • Does the agency demonstrate high standards of integrity and care?

  • Do the agency staff members show a genuine interest in you?

  • Does the agency have your best interests at heart, or do you feel like just another file on their desk?

  • Is the agency committed to helping you find a position that aligns with your skills, experience, and education?

  • How does the agency advocate for its nannies?

  • Does the agency support and advocate for professional respect and wages?

  • Is the agency committed to providing continued support after you are placed with a family?

At Hilton Head Nannies, you will work with a dedicated team that honors you as the professional you are. We not only help you find a great position but also provide ongoing support and opportunities for growth. With many years of experience and a fine-tuned process, we genuinely care about our nannies.

Our families are among the finest in the Lowcountry and beyond. We carefully screen all families to ensure you work in a desirable environment and are treated with respect. These families have high expectations and compensate well. A limited number of applicants are accepted into Hilton Head Nannies' Registry, meaning you join an elite team of some of the best nannies in the Lowcountry. We are the gold standard of childcare in the region.

We offer various opportunities to work with children, including:

We have two teams: the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton/Beaufort Team and the Savannah/Tybee Island area team.
