Instructions: 

Please make sure that you read carefully and follow instructions. Applicants who do not follow the instructions listed and the criterion listed below will have their applications rejected, so please follow all instructions very carefully. 

We require 9 separate references from you - 3 childcare, 3 personal, and 3 employment/professional (work related). Please note that each reference may only be used once. 

Childcare References - May not be related to you in any way. Must be a parent or guardian of the child/ren you cared for. 

Professional References - Must be a SUPERVISOR. May not be related to you in any way. May not be a "co-worker". 

Personal Reference - May not be related to you in any way. Must be someone who has known you for a minimum of 2 years. 

Please make sure that you put in the correct email address. Incorrect email addressed will significantly slow down the application process for you. 

For the purposes of automation, there are 9 separate forms - one for each reference. Once you complete a form and click "Submit", please scroll down to the next form. Depending on your browser, you may need to scroll down a bit before you see the next form. 

 

Please Note: The initial references are obtained via a form that is emailed to your reference. However, once we decide to add a nanny to our Registry, we do place a call to each and every reference to verify their identity and that they completed the reference form. We will not add someone to our Registry or represent them to our clients until each and every reference has been spoken with by one of our administrative staff members. Our team also uses other methods of research and verification to determine if references are real references or if they are fake. Please keep this in mind as you complete the reference forms below.
