Payment: One third of your estimated hourly charges plus the booking fee are due as a non-refundable deposit at the time of your booking and will be applied to your credit card on file. The remaining 2/3 of the hourly rate for the appointment is due at the end of the appointment in cash to your nanny.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is nonrefundable. While reservation deposits are nonrefundable, no further fees are charged to the credit card on file when at least 7 days (seven days) notice is provided for cancellations. Cancellations without 7 days notice, but with at least 4 days notice, are billable for 50% of the total reserved time. Cancellations with 72 hours or less notice are billable to the credit card on file for 100% of the reserved time including booking fees.
Appointment Minimums: The minimum appointment is 3 hours. However, clients who book a nanny for an appointment that is longer than the 3 hour minimum will be charged for the full appointment even if they do not utilize the nanny's services for the entire appointment.
Hilton Head Nannies is a professional nanny referral agency. We carefully screen nannies and have very strict requirements for nannies who are on our registry. We do not employ the nannies -they are independent contractors who are employed by our clients and paid directly by the client.
