When it comes to caring for children, we, at Hilton Head Nannies, will take no chances. It is for this reason that we only work with the finest nannies in the area. In fact, 9 out of every 10 applicants are turned away after completing a 12- phase application process, an extensive face-to-face interview process, and an extensive background screening process, including criminal background checks (our background checks are conducted by a private firm). Further, all of our nannies are CPR Certified (Infant, Child, & Adult), First Aid Certified, and are required to attend Hilton Head Nannies training, which was launched in March 2011, as it takes place throughout the year.
